Stories From My Studio operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the explorer, with a curated, nature-inspired shopping experience (the “Services”).

Stories From My Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you. The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

To use our Services—including browsing the shop or purchasing our discovery kits—you may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing, and shipping details. You warrant that all information provided is correct, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to accurately display the colors and details of our handcrafted items and digital art. However, because nature (and screens!) can be unpredictable, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

All descriptions of products—especially our monthly "Expedition Post" themes—are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer (such as our limited 50-slot subscription runs) or discontinue any item at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason. For our subscription-based kits (The Expedition Post Club), payment is processed before the kit is prepared for dispatch. Because our kits are handcrafted and batch-shipped, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our kits and studio treasures are subject to change. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes or the standard $1.20 "Expedition Post" shipping fee for envelope tiers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so that we can complete your transactions and reach out to you with "Field Updates" as needed.

SECTION 5 - THE EXPEDITION POST (SHIPPING)

While we strive to get the magic to your mailbox during the first week of every month, we are not liable for carrier delays (USPS). All delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, the "risk of loss" passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services—including all "Everyday Magic" branding, bioluminescent forest illustrations, "Lore" text, and the design of our "Discovery Vault"—are owned by Stories From My Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our art or educational materials without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools (like subscription widgets or artist resources) or links to other websites. We do not monitor or have control over these third parties. Use of these tools or links is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Stories From My Studio is powered by Shopify. However, your purchases are made directly with us. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales, including the quality or delivery of products.

SECTION 9 - FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you send us "Feedback" (like photos of your kids enjoying their sensory slime or suggestions for new forest artifacts), you grant us a perpetual license to use and display that content to improve our studio. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem unlawful or offensive.

SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use our "Discovery Vault" and store for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the site to:

• Transmit viruses or malicious code.

• Scrape data or use AI tools to extract our original artwork.

• Harass or intimidate studio staff or other explorers.

• Bypass security features or "Discovery Vault" passwords.

SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information provided through our "Field Reports" is for educational and entertainment purposes. While we aim for accuracy in our nature facts, we provide the Services "as is".

To the fullest extent provided by law, Stories From My Studio shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of our products (including sensory items like "found slime") or your access to the Services.
