Refund & Return Policy
Welcome to the studio! Because our Expedition Post monthly kits are handcrafted, includes sensory items (like found slime), and are printed to order, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds to keep the magic sustainable.
The Expedition Post Club (Monthly Kits)

Final Sale: Once a kit has been stamped, sealed, and dispatched to the post office, it is considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns on paper-based mailed items or opened sensory specimens.

Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel a specific month’s kit, you must do so at least 48 hours before your billing date. Once your payment has been processed, the "Archivist" begins hand-packing your specific kit, and we can no longer offer a refund for that month.
Art Prints & Studio Treasures
For non-subscription items (like large art prints, mugs, or phone cases shipped via our printing partners):

3-Day Inspection Window: You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is a problem. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process: To start a return, contact us at storiesfrommystudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your dispatch immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong specimen. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement mission.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain treasures cannot be returned:

Subscription Kits: All monthly kits (Little Apprentice, Junior Explorer, Master Archivist).

Digital Downloads: Any lore or artwork from the Discovery Vault.

Custom/Personalized items: Any item made specifically for your explorer.

Sale Items & Gift Cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For studio treasures (excluding subscription kits and digital goods) shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for a justification, provided the items are in original, unused condition.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (for damaged studio treasures or pre-shipment cancellations), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
