Subscription & Purchase Options Policy

Certain treasures in our studio may be offered as a subscription (The Expedition Post Club) or as a pre-order item. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these specific types of purchases.

 Subscriptions (The Expedition Post Club)

When you join our snail mail club, you are signing up for repeat monthly deliveries. These adventures are billed and dispatched based on the frequency you selected at checkout.

  • Payment: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you have selected a "pre-paid" seasonal plan.

  • Auto-Renewal: Most plans auto-renew at the end of their duration (e.g., monthly or quarterly) to ensure your explorer doesn't miss a dispatch. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Management: You are in control of your expedition! Your order confirmation emails contain a direct link to your account portal. From there, you can update your shipping address, change your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

  • Cancellation Timing: Because our kits are handcrafted and batched for the first week of every month, please ensure any cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to prevent an unwanted dispatch.

 Pre-orders

A pre-order allows you to secure a soon-to-be-available item (like a new Year-End Compendium or a limited-edition specimen box) before it is in stock.

  • Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or the full amount at checkout. Your payment method will be stored, and any remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready for dispatch.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once the item has been packed and prepared for the mail carrier, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund according to our Refund Policy.
